An overview of the necessary things to include, think about, and do for setting up and running an effective business financial system, particularly for artists and other creative businesses! We'll also touch on how personal financial systems and history affect business financial systems.

You know marketing is important, but how do you figure out who your customers are, and how to reach them? We'll talk through how to set up the basics for a marketing plan that actually helps you instead of feeling like a waste of time.
Everyone's favorite funding source CONCEPT is grants -- but how do they work? Where are they available? How hard is it to get them, and what are the best practices for writing an application? We'll do an overview and then offer some resources and answer questions.

All classes take place at Artspace Gallery, in Richmond, VA, in-person.

All classes are $40 for a single class, or $150 if you wish to register for all four classes.
When you email to register, Megan will send you an invoice for payment. You will be able to pay using a credit card, debit card, or bank draft (your choice) or by sending payment via Paypal or Venmo.
Your seat in the class is not confirmed until payment has been made.
You may cancel at any time for a full refund, up until three days before the class starts (when registration closes).
A reminder will be sent out 3 days before the class date. No sign ups will be taken after a 3 day cut off before the date of the class in question. The individual class will be cancelled if less than 5 participants enroll by 3 days before the class date. Any cancelled class will result in a full refund for the already registered students.
